Fertilizers and insecticides cause massive amounts of pollution in America. Run off from yards and farms is filling streams, rivers, lakes and oceans, causing significant harm to these ecosystems. Even in your backyard, fertilizers and insecticides are part of the problem, but it isn't just pollution. Many studies indicate that fertilizers and insecticides are also causing cancer in children and pets.

So, what can you do about it?

Why not try some organic garden products? Sure it will take longer to achieve results, and those results might not be as effective as chemicals. Still, isn't a safer environment more important than green grass?
