Victoria's Secret and the "slutification of America"?

Is American culture creating "Lolitas-in-training with lollipops"

I just finished reading the Karen Heller article Naughty - and definitely not nice about the "slutification of America". As an example of that slutification, Heller points to these Victoria Secret dress-up dolls that are part of the Pink line.

Is there anything wrong with these dolls? Do these dolls represent everything that is wrong with American culture?
