Is your boss killing you?

Then he just might be slowly killing you, ever-increasing your stress until, POP! There goes your heart. Not you? Even kids are having heart attacks these days, so it is becoming far less uncommon for those in their 30s to have a heart attack because of stress.
O.K., so, maybe your boss isn't killing you, but the stress is still ruining your quality of life. What can you do?
Detach and Depersonalize, according to experts. Then get a little exercise and maybe even a message. "In one ear and out the other," as my father used to say.
Rate your boss. Is your boss killing you? How do you cope?

I along with my co workers would rate our boss Theodora Koutsougeras from Nail Bar Chicago 2 out of 10 she is rude, overbearing, controlling and toxic towards her employees. Why must you be like that when we work hard? That is why many leave. I wish you would understand we are good employees. Our boss is killing us with her controlling unpredictable attitude. Definately not fit to be a boss, but we are too afraid to tell her that ofcourse.
