When are PDA acceptables? Always? Never?

Public kissing has never been hotter thanks to Richard Gere. Since Gere kissed Indian actress, Shilpa Shetty, the Indian government has been seeking to arrest Gere. Public kissing is considered obscene in India.

'Get a room already!' That's the statement I've both been told, and one I've wanted to tell others. When it's you in the PDA, you think others are just jealous, and maybe the PDA-haters are just jealous. Maybe we're just grossed-out.
