Is it OK to re-gift?

Re-gifting is a pretty common workplace practice these days, especially during the holidays, and as long as the gift fits the person, then I say no harm. Still, some people re-gift as a way of getting rid of unwanted gifts.

Ever gotten any crappy gifts that you know were re-gifted? Even better, have any pictures?
