PETA wins Picture of the Day

To show the association between the KKK and the American Kennel Club, People for the ethical treatment of animals donned KKK outfits outside of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show (read more).

As an ex-vegetarian in denial, I can sympathize was PETA's position. Eating meat is disgusting. And the damage it causes to the planet is scandalous. Why doesn't Al Gore talk about that if he's so worried about global warming? Too inconvenient?

I can't judge because I haven't yet completely thrown meat. BTW - When I say meat, I mean any dead animal. That includes fish and chicken you vegetarian poser!

Anyway, I think this is a pretty ballsy way to send a message, so I'm calling it the picture of the day. Have a better photo? Rate your photo of the day.
