Doing my part for the planet?

So, I just finished off a pineapple tamale, and I'm trying to figure out if I need any other produce before I leave. Actually, I think I'm wondering if I can afford any more produce.

I know that buying produce locally is supposed to be better for the environment, but I could buy organic produce from Von's for significantly less. And Von's ain't cheap.

Regardless, the tamale was worth the trip, despite the high produce prices and the fricken heat. It's October already. Enough with the 90 + weather!

Anyway, despite all my complaining, I'll be back here next Tuesday because I hate shopping and this is convenient.

Plus, it is damn fine and free entertainment. People are just plain fun to watch.

Besides, what I else could be doing on a Tuesday night? Watching the Presidential debate? Please. Shoot me first.

Watching the run-up to this election, as well as Congress and this bailout, has convinced me that I HATE ALL POLITICIANS.

Yeah, I'll still vote. Against EVERY incumbent.

And as far as the next President is concerned. Until we dump all the trash out of Congress, the next President won't change much.

Yeah, whatever! It's just another day in dahc.
