Anyway, after being caught in a loop using their VRU, I finally got to talk to "Kim" who tried to talk me out of cancelling. She was very rude indicating that I was pd up until DEC. I explained that I didn't order the mag. and didn't want it. I advised her that if my card was billed the bank would not honor the charge. She was very rude and unprofessional. I am glad I will not have to deal with this company again.

Tried Dullahans in Pasadena last night. It's a new place struggling to survive. However, if customer service dictates success, Dullahans has a chance. Best customer service I've had in some time!
