Car dealership ratings and customer service

Most people don't like buying a car. It's not just that car sales people seem untrustworthy, it's the entire dealership. The GM, the finance guys. It just seems like you can't win when buying a car.

But your relationship with your car dealership doesn't end after buying your car. Often the dealership is also where you service your car.

I have had good and bad experiences with multiple dealerships.

For instance, I've had good servicing and customer service at my Symes, now Toyota of Pasadena, car dealership, but my sales experience there wasn't very good. In fact, I've stopped going there altogether. If you can't trust your sale's department, then you can't trust your service department.
