Do the ladies like beards?

Back in February I asked whether facial increases a man's sexual appeal. Thus far, the consensus seems to be yes. Certainly, not all women love facial hair, but I've noticed that a beard does seem to attract attention. Perhaps, subconsciously, a beard makes a man look more manly.

So, do you have a beard? Do you have a good picture of your beard? We'd like to see it.

this sounds like only bearded guys are chiming in and saying beards are great; as a chick, I can only take so much facial hair - it's brushy, & food collects in it and is gross. I know women who absolutely won't date men with facial hair because it appears either umkempt or unprofessional. I date a guy with a small goatee - but everything else is shaved every day + the goat better be trimmed close or I wouldn't find it manly - I'd find it laziness and unkempt - check out the homeless guys - they don't hit me as manly!

Just because you have a beard does not mean that you do not shave everyday. Keep it neat unless your lady likes the longshoreman look.

keep it. ever since I grew my beard out, I get the occasional female that doesn't like facial hair, but that's easily chalked up to preference. A lot of women think it's hot. Let's face it no girl has ever said "I think he's sexy because he doesn't have a beard", but plenty have said "I think his beard is sexy". And if only 1 girl decides to bang you just because of your beard, is that not worth it?
