Do you believe in energy?
Of course you do,
otherwise you wouldn't be reading this article. Without
energy you
couldn't read this article because you need energy to
access the Internet.
Our bodies are also run
by energy and you have more control over that energy than
you might think according to many scientists,
psychologists, etc.
Ultimately, you can
control your energy by thinking, and you can choose to
think about life in a positive way or a negative way. Are
you happy or sad, or even angry? Do you expect good things
to happen every day, or do you expect bad things to happen
every day?
These thoughts, your
thoughts, influence your energy, your body, and the world
around you.
It has been shown that if
a teacher has a negative opinion of his or her students,
the students will perform worse than if a teacher has a
positive opinion of his or her students. This
self-fulfilling prophecy underscores the importance of
YOUR emotions and thoughts on the world around you. Of
course, it also demonstrates how the thoughts and emotions
- the energy - of others can affect you.
Still, if you have strong
positive energy, then you can overcome the negative energy
around you. In fact, those with negative energy won't even
want to be around you. Angry people don't like to be
around happy people - they don't understand what there is
to be happy about.
While you can't control
the world, you can control your energy. Focus on positive
energy and you can change your life for the better, and
you can influence the lives of those around you for the
better.
Look for the good in
everyone and everything around you. Be grateful. Be
giving. Envision the life you would like to live - feel
it, smell it, and if your vision is derived and nurtured
in positive energy, you can make it come true.
Believe it then achieve
it.
Rate your energy. Do you
have positive or negative energy most of the time? Have
you experienced how positive or negative energy can affect
life? Do you believe that positive or negative energy can
affect life?
