Are you depressed?
Do you go to bed at night
happy to have the day over?
Does your life seem like
one crisis after another?
Did you know that simply
thinking about 3 good things that happened during your day
just
before going to bed can help you sleep better, dream
better, and make you happier?
A new line of research is
showing that if you think about happy things, you can find
more happiness in your life. Sure, such a finding seems
obvious, but why are so many still so unhappy?
Probably because the
opposite is also true, if you think about unhappy things,
you will find more unhappiness in your life.
Ultimately, life is
almost never going to be perfect and there are going to be
ups and downs, however, by focusing on the good things in
your life, rather than the bad things, you can find more
happiness in your life.
So, start focusing on the
good things in your life, instead of the bad things. You
might just find you have a lot more to be thankful for
than you thought.
Rate mental happiness.
Can you make yourself happy just by thinking happy
thoughts?
